The 2023 Fall Entrance Ceremony was held on Monday, October 2 at the Central Library Hall on Ikarashi Campus. A total of 80 students enrolled in our university: one to the undergraduate degree programs, 34 to the master's degree programs and 45 to the doctoral degree programs.
At the ceremony, President USHIKI stated, "As you enter Niigata University, I hope you will face your dreams and hopes, embrace the university's philosophy, share the university's vision for the future, and get the most out of your time as a student. Always maintain your intellectual curiosity, never forget the importance of learning, and continue to pursue the dreams you had when you entered the university."
