The 2022 fall graduation ceremony was held on Tuesday, September 20 at the Library Hall on Ikarashi Campus. A total of 78 students were awarded degrees: 19 bachelor's degrees, 56 graduate degrees and 3 doctorate degrees by dissertation.

At the ceremony, President USHIKI awarded degrees to the representatives of graduating students receiving bachelor's degrees and graduate degrees. Next followed President USHIKI's graduation address, stating, "Niigata University is your alma mater and your home. Be proud that you have studied at this university when you take off into the future. Niigata University will continue to watch over you. We hope that you will maintain your bonds with the university wherever you are as you play an active role as frontrunner of future life innovation." The graduates attended the ceremony with a sobering look on their faces.

Congratulations on your graduation. We sincerely hope that all of you will spread your wings and continue to excel with confidence and pride into the future society.
