The Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences conducts education and research which responds to changes in the environment surrounding medical and dental care, and strives to develop a flexible environment that adapts to rapid changes in medical field.  The School's goal is to train researchers in advanced life sciences along with doctors, dentists and highly-specialized health care professionals capable of carrying out the most advanced medical treatment.

Please note: Starting in April 2026 the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences and the Graduate School of Health Sciences will be integrated to establish the new Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Science. This new graduate school will offer two majors:

  • Major in Medicine and Dentistry(Doctor's)
  • Major in Health Science(Master's, Doctor's)

  • The Programs in both the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences and the Graduate School of  Health Sciences will no longer accept new students beginning in the 2026 academic year.
