2023年5月8日以降，新規に入国する学生は，健康チェック票をダウンロードし，入国日より5日間健康観察をしてください。健康観察が終わったら，所属部局の学務係にチェック票を提出してください。
As of May 8, 2023, students who are newly entering Japan to enroll in NU  must complete the health check for five days starting the date of entry using the form below. The form must be submitted to the student affairs office of  the faculty or graduate school they are enrolled in after it is finished.
