オンライン特別日本語プログラムは、日本に来ないで自分の国で日本語を遠隔学習する、
学生交流協定校のためのプログラムです。
The Special Online Program for Japanese Language Learners is offered for offshore international students who are NOT in Japan,
and who are enrolled in degree-seeking programs at Niigata University’s partner universities.
